By accessing or using Stagic products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and enterprise customers. Enterprise customers may have additional terms specified in their service agreements.

Stagic provides zero-knowledge cybersecurity products including:

SKADI - Encrypted file storage and sharing LOKI - Secure communication platform FENRIS - Password and credential management NEXUS - Centralized security management Other products as described on our website

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with 30 days notice. Critical security updates may be applied immediately without notice.

Account Creation You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Account Responsibilities
• Keep your credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• One account per person unless authorized for business use

Account Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in illegal activity, or pose security risks.

You may use our services to:
• Store and share files securely
• Communicate privately
• Manage passwords and credentials
• Protect your business data

You may NOT use our services to:
• Store or transmit illegal content
• Distribute malware or conduct attacks
• Violate others' privacy or intellectual property
• Circumvent security measures
• Resell services without authorization
• Attempt to access other users' data

Violations may result in immediate termination and legal action.

Pricing Current pricing is available at stagic.io/pricing. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

Billing
• Monthly plans billed at the start of each period
• Annual plans billed at the start of each year
• Enterprise plans billed according to contract terms

Refunds
• Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months
• Annual plans: Pro-rata refund within first 30 days
• Enterprise plans: As specified in contract

Failed Payments After 3 failed payment attempts, service may be suspended. Data will be retained for 30 days.

Our Property Stagic retains all rights to our software, trademarks, and intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services.

Your Content You retain all rights to content you store or transmit through our services. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Feedback Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by Stagic without obligation to you.

Disclaimer Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitations Stagic is not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Service interruptions or errors
• Actions of third parties

Maximum Liability Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Exceptions Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability. Where prohibited, these limitations may not apply.

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via:
• Email notification to registered users
• Notice on our website
• In-app notification

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account.
